I definitely LOVE ribbon... of all kinds... of all colors... I LOVE IT! We're fortunate that in our neck of the woods, we have an Offray Outlet Store. That means I can buy a TON of fabulous ribbon for VERY little cost. The ribbon is supposed to be of "seconds" quality, but rarely do I find any issues with it. Last week, I went to the ribbon outlet. They were having a sale. (*sigh*) They often sell grocery bags FULL of ribbon that is not on the spool. That particular day, they sold 5 BAGS FOR $1!!! So of course, I had to buy 5 bags... and was drooling over many more bags. However, space is beginning to become a BIG issue with my ribbon addiction, so I only bought 5 bags. *sigh* Oh, and I also came home with MANY other spools that were also steals!
Enough about my ribbon addiction...
Here's a card I'm linking up to Deesigns by Nine Dee. She has a ribbon challenge every few weeks. This challenge was to use linen thread or hemp for Ribbon Challenge #5. I hope this baker's twine counts! I LOVE how this card turned out!!
